- Holds a Bachelors’ Degree from a reputed college/university; MBAs will be preferred
Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Relevant experience of 1-6 years of Inside & Outside Sales – preferably sold education and training packages to various industry verticals into the Indian market with a proven track record
- Basic computer skills – exposure to MS office etc.
- Go-getter personality with good inter-personal attributes
- Willing to work in a target-driven, competitive environment
Interview Process
1st Round – Telephonic
- Tell us about educational qualifications. – Below graduate is a reject.
- How many years of relevant experience do you have? – Anything less than 1 year of experience is a reject.
- Tell us about experience – Take down detailed notes from the candidate
- What kind of computer exposure do you have? – No exposure to MS Office or basic online search methods is a reject.
2nd Round – Onsite
- Candidate needs to visit facility and answer an English test – basic free online tests available – candidates need to compulsorily pass this exam
- Candidate needs to record a 3 minutes free speech on any topic of his choice – evaluated by Johnson and Kali on a scale of 1-10, 7.5 is the pass cut-off
Note - Candidate must clear both Spoken and Written English test to move to the 3rd Round
3rd Round – Sales Presentation
Note - All candidates lined up for Johnson and Kali should have the responses, scores attached along with the above questions.
- Candidate is asked to look up the corporate website and prepare an 8-10 slides sales presentation which includes service information, sales pitch, market analysis etc.
- Candidate to be evaluated on the following parameters on a scale of 1-10, needs a minimum of 7 in every parameter to move to the final round:
- Presentation Skills
- Grasp over language
- Communication
- Confidence & Business Etiquette
- Objection Handling skills
- Negotiation skills
4th Round – Final and Deciding Round with Johnson and Kali
